Vertical droppers

The development of highly effective pharmaceutical preparations requires a precise dosing of the medicine. A tolerance of max. ±15% meets the minimum requirements. For this purpose the vertical dropper was developed which guarantees an exact dosing and uniform sequence of drops when held vertically. The diameter of dropping tube determines the size of the drops. The size of the air duct and the liquid dispensing hole determine the drop rate which has not to exceed 2 drops/second. These can be modified to suit the viscosity and the required dosage.

Extensive tests carried out by Heinlein are prerequisite for the perfect combination of our wide range of vertical droppers and your product.

For this purpose we need your full support and the following informations:
· A sufficient quantity of the original liquid
· The dosage required (e.g. 20 drops/1ml or 1g)
· The density, if possible
· The size of the bottles to be used
· The desired Heinlein cap

With this information and our many years of experience we will be able to offer you a solution within a short period.

All droppers are suitable for bottles according to DIN 168 GL 18, if tamper-evidence is desired it is important to use the Heinlein-dropper bottle.
